Children's Commissioner's Takeover Day 2014
On Friday 21st November students across the academy will take up the role of Principal, Associate Principal and Teaching Staff.
Students involved have been notified and will be required to dress similar to the member of staff they are with for the day.
Students are encouraged to start the day at the same time as the member of staff and learn about their roles and responsibilities.
"The day gives children and young people the chance to work with adults for the day and be involved in decision-making. Children benefit from the opportunity to experience the world of work and make their voices heard, while adults and organisations gain a fresh perspective on what they do."
